Today, former FC Barca youth star Marc Crosas was paraded around Celtic Park. The Catalan midfielder has been given number 17. He has been compared to Barca stars Xavi Hernandez and Josep Guardiola. Previously he played with Barca's B side in division 3 of Spanish football and a few appearances with the first team at Barca before a loan move forced him to French Champions Lyon. There he was a bit of success and the manager wanted to resign him, however, they would not agree to the buyback and resale percentage that Barca forces on all its younger promising players.

Good to see him finally in. It's not a high profile signing, but it is a pretty good bargain and I feel he will be a big contributor this year. If Strachan is going to keep marooning Robson on the wing, then we need someone to start the offense in the middle and if he's the "next Xavi" then that is a pretty good person to put there.
