Na Dead Raibead
Na Dead Raibead (or ‘The Dead Rabbits’) are an organization created by the supporters of The Celtic Football Club, though without affiliation, which are based and/or raised in North America. The main goal of this organization is to bring atmosphere to Celtic matches that are played in North America. The Dead Rabbits have also been set up in order to aid supporters throughout the continent in learning about the history, politics, and general upbringing of many supporters of the famous Glasgow Celtic. The name ‘The Dead Rabbits’ has been chosen in honor of the former New York City based organization of the same name which helped to establish a home in America for many Irish Immigrants.


The Organization
The Dead Rabbits are an organization who will actively help North American Supporters to further their knowledge of The Celtic Football Club, while also bringing atmosphere to matches on North American soil. These goals will be accomplished while adhering to several principles and policies which have been set up in the founding of The Dead Rabbits. These include creating an anti-racist, antifa, anti-sectarian, and pro-equal opportunity environment for all members to feel comfortable to discuss issues stemming not just from Celtic but also from all facets of life. We also respect and support the Irish Republican movement and the unification of Ireland.

Na Dead Raibead and FC St Pauli
Na Dead Raibead in keeping with the traditions of the support of Celtic and their traditional link to St Pauli is pleased to announce that we will now officially support FC St Pauli. This was decided after an unanimous decision of its members to support FC St. Pauli alongside Celtic. The goals of this addition will be to learn more about the traditions of FC St Pauli; and have a place where liked minded North American football supporters can discuss and support the two great clubs.

The Forum
Keeping with both goals of the organization, the forum has been set up at http://deadraibead.org. This forum will be a place for North American Celtic Supporters of all types to learn more about the club, to discuss the club, and as well to have a general good chat with like-minded people on this vast continent. Other features will be available only to members of the group in order to help plan for displays at matches held in North America as well as to discuss issues more pertinent to The Dead Rabbits organization.

Keeping with the missions of the group, political debate will be encouraged however any racist, sectarian or otherwise inappropriate comments will be deleted and the user will be then warned and/or banned.

We welcome all Celtic supporters to this forum. We are however a supporter group based in North America as such membership is only open to them.

This forum: We ask that politics be refrained from in the non-members areas of the site. However, there is a Politics forum for those who are members.

We also wish to teach anyone who wants to know about the History of Celtic. Were kind and friendly so feel free to ask. We want to teach more North Americans about the greatest club in the world.

This may sound self flattering but most of the leaders live and breath hoops and are among the most knowledgeable outside Europe. So feel free to ask us anything. But don't expect us to know who scored in a 1935 semi final of the Scottish cup offhand.

Please treat fellow supporters nicely regardless of their knowledge as thats one of our goals.
