Ferris Bueller's Day Off is the best movie ever made aimed at teenagers.

If you havent watch it. Stop what your doing and watch it. You wont regret it.

Everyone should go see Lost in Translation...amazing!

I hate this movie, sorry. I also hate Bill Murray, that doesn't help much but I found this movie so fucking boring. The only funny thing is when Bill showers and is too tall for the shower... haha

BANNEDZ!

I've never seen Lost in Translation, but I love most other Wes Andersen movies. Rushmore and A Life Aquatic are must fucking sees!

I Know! Who HATES Bill Murray! Ill tell you who. Huge94 aka the Devil. Lost in Translation is good, Life Aquatic is amazing for a Wes Anderson/Bill Murray movie.

oh you buggers. I just think he's very unfunny, that's all. Anyways, I only like British films and tv shows

I tend to like low budget and/or independant films, and would recommend:
Made in Britain, The Wind That Shakes The Barley, Menace to Society, Romper Stomper, The Wicker Man (the original), City Of God, Sid & Nancy, Leon, Quadraphenia, Land and Freedom, Sweet Sixteen, This Is England, Scum, The Football Factory, Trainspotting, The Firm

The Wind that shakes the Barley is most excellent. I want to see The Firm but cant find it anywhere in America. And Ive never seen Sid & Nancy, but anything with Sex Pistols makes me sick

As an Anarchist, and Punk fan - the Sex Pistols make me cringe like fuck sometimes. I got my copy of the firm on Ebay (uk) so worth a bash having a look on there every now and then *wink*

The Wind that Shakes the Barley is of course a classic and The Football Factory is good as well. Some of the cockney slang is so tough to hear that I have to watch with subtitles.

Really? Wait until you come to Scotland then haha.

only one of those ive seen is city of god, it was good but (i know im going to sound like an ignorant american but...) i honestly hate having to read subtitles for an entire movie

I thought I'd hate it but after a while it just flowed and it hardly remembered I was watching a film in Portuguese!

the patriot was mel's blatant attempt to make an american "braveheart"

in its own right it wasnt that bad, but the end (with the "flag scene", for those of you that have seen it) was just so over the top that it turned me off from the entire movie
